The Ultimate Bath Stores Sales Assistant is responsible for teaming up with the store sales associates to create an optimal selling environment, close sales, and deliver top-notch post sale operational and customer service support. This is a full-time position with hours that may include evenings and or weekends.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Greet customers by phone and in person in a professional and welcoming manner
Help manage scheduling for visits and appointments for sales associates
Ability to promptly reply to voicemails and emails from customers
Work with the Director of Ultimate Bath Stores to ensure all product displays are in good condition and up to date
Schedule and participate in on-going product and sales training offered by the company and vendors
Education and Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
